      The management of the company is pretty awful. Company doesn't know what it wants to be and is so "culture" focused they don't realize how toxic they've become.

      - Great location. - Excellent employment benefits (if you're under a permanent contract).

      Cons

      - An absolute mess in organization, which will ultimately lead to an enormous amount of frustration and overtime. - Hypocrite management and team. If you hava an opinion, keep it for yourself or face the consequences.
