i have been working for this company for a while now, never faced any problems as such.. if you are true to your work then these people are the coolest people you will ever meet. if you are here for timepass then these people wont let be so cool. basically this startup is driven up work ethics. you will ready some nasty comments here about people who have been thrown out because they thought they are the coolest though these were the dumbest people who just wanted to make money while sitting idle. anyways i had a great experience.

Cons

why do you ever hire these dumb people, hire people for the skills and they will celebrate this people. hire dumb people like the ones commenting they will just play comment comment. they dont have anything else to do in life.
