Absolutely toxic leadership who add absolutely no value and constantly talk down to employees, not only own team but supporting teams and feel untouchable due to the relationship they have between one another. Most of their involvement is to question where deals are without adding any value and will make sly comments or talk down, even to the most senior team members with a proven track record. This issue is not only at the middle management level but starts from the very top. Comms rate extremely below the market
