Pros

Perks (laptop, food pantry and gym reimbursement) are okay. Funding is okay. HR is pleasant to deal with. Culture below the management level is great.

Cons

Management team is disorganized and disingenuous. High turnover (<1 year tenures) across all teams. Poor communication throughout the company. Some great employees were let go for dumb reasons. Targets aren't being met. Questionable product. Not a good place to work for longevity, but that's by design because it helps management retain equity.

- Quality of team: I have been so impressed by the abilities of my co-workers, and the direction given by the leadership team. The office is full of incredible and successful entrepreneurs and innovators in every discipline. - Outlook for company: UpLift has been growing enormously over the last year, partnering with the largest brands in travel, and continues to add new partners every month. The product is being accepted overwhelmingly and we continue to expand our reach. - Opportunity for growth: This is a true start-up, where you need to know how to roll-up your sleeves and help wherever needed. But I've been supported every step of the way to grow within my own function, and feel there are endless opportunities for career growth ahead of me. - Impact of work: I love love love that my work makes a meaningful impact to the success of the business, and that my voice is heard throughout the organization.

- We are busy with no signs of slowing down - Limited variety of La Croix flavors

Cons

Zero transparency. Upper management is very disconnected from the rest of the company. They do not care about their employees. They only care about $$$. Unlimited vacation policy is a scam. They expect you to work 60 hours a week, weekends and when you do decide to take some time off they ask why?
