      Hands down the best place I've ever worked at

      Pros

      -Truly mission driven work. -100% remote. -Working with incredibly talented people that help each other out, and all care about what we're doing. -CEO trusts the team, so there's a strong culture of trust and valuing one another here throughout the org.

      Cons

      -Nothing major! Would love the opportunity to do more meetups (at least once a year or so), since we're 100% remote. (Which is great, btw. Love that there's no pressure to return to office or anything, since it doesn't exist!)

      Incredible Team with a Strong Mission

      Pros

      I've loved working at UpLift. The team is so strong. I really enjoy working with such a connected, kind and dedicated group despite us being spread all over the country. We are growing really quickly so everyday feels pretty exciting right now and I enjoy that energy.

      Cons

      Mental healthcare can be a draining field at times. We are working to solve really big problems for people and there are days that can feel hard.
