Only 6 hours of work per day Work-from-home option available After one year, a laptop is provided (sometimes an inverter too) The main role is to guide students with their queries You can pursue other activities alongside this job

Growth is very slow. No matter how much effort you put in, your salary may only increase by ₹2,000 to ₹2,500 at most. The company has started becoming more structured in the last 6 months, but there is still a lot of micromanagement. Management mostly focuses on negative feedback rather than appreciating good work. Many senior employees get two days off every week, but around 90% of the staff have to work even on holidays due to a shortage of resources. If you review your payslip carefully, you'll notice several unclear or ambiguous components. Even after asking, HR often doesn't provide proper explanations.
