Pros
Management really empower you to make a change. Fast moving environment with a lot going on to keep you busy. Lots of people willing to give their time and advice to help others within the company should they want the support
Cons
The cons are the people that don't believe in the transformation and vision of the company as they hold the company back, however, most in the organisation all believe.
