Pros

QA great place to learn about the sales process, how to sell and how sales organizations buy and sell.

Cons

Corporate HQ is in Ireland; Sales HQ is in Kirkland, WA. (USA) and Support HQ is in Alpharetta, GA. (Atlanta - USA). Time lag makes communications inconsistent. Small company with limited financial resources.

Cons

Poor communication. Significant management and employee turnover. Management can't get out of its own way.

Pros

Salesforce partnership is cool and the customers are solid enterprises plus cool brand and nice that they have a satellite office in Dublin

Cons

Outdated saas product, bad culture with history of torching good employees once they are out of favor. They say they value honesty, integrity and transparency but do not treat their employees with those values. No communication across the company.
