      • Decent pay • Easy PTO • Simple job

      Cons

      • Absent leadership and incompetent management • Top heavy • Politics and bureaucracy • Somewhat rigid hours • Lots of busy-work • Lots of undressed safety issues • They make everything more difficult than it needs to be and do ignore anything that actually makes sense. • Run by people who clearly have no idea what they're doing. • Management doesn't give a s*** about you. • Typical government bloat.

      Cons

      Certain managers are incompetent, rule by fear and intimidation. Pretend to be a team, but that is only for certain employees. Other employees on the "team" are bullied.
