Pros
Upperquad is filled with some of the most talented and humble people I've ever met. We work on dream projects with dream clients and they are only getting better. There's a lot of autonomy and you are given room to craft your ideal role. I feel appreciated and valued. Phil, the founder, is extremely supportive and creates a kind environment for all. The work-life balance is pretty good, especially for an agency.
Cons
Upperquad is growing so there's some typical growing pains. More structure will be needed as we continue to evolve. Sometimes we could afford to push back on timelines, etc. a little hard than we do with our clients.
