Pros

The PM group and Field staff are good to work with.

Cons

Leaders are not qualified and they only hire the reject/former employees from Alston and Oltmans. The new President Jonathan Bagnall is ruining the company and reputation. They do not pay subcontractors and they are financially struggling. They pay Jonathan Bagnall's friends "sign on bonuses" but nobody in the company got bonuses this year.

Pros

Have health insurance, 401k and PTO (though you will be too busy to use it).

Cons

No job security of any kind. Most employees are there for less than a year due to extremely high turnover. Employees will quit before a year due to being overworked (very understaffed) or are terminated in their monthly layoffs. You will be fine if you just think of these openings as temporary since almost no one is here for more than a short period of time. It is also like a temporary job because only management gets bonuses even though they will tell you when they hire you that you will get one. By law they do have cobra, so when you are terminated you can still have your health insurance though the premiums are high.
