Pros
- Flexible work-from-anywhere dynamic - Generous PTO policy - "Offline Fridays" (No internal or client-facing meetings, minimal to no internal communication, basically an optional workday that I used to catch up on work) - Young, motivated, empathetic, and intellectual coworkers - Uproer is a place to learn new skills, sharpen existing ones, and set up career goals that can ultimately shape your future role at Uproer, almost like a choose your own destiny style employer. - A generally receptive and empathetic management team - Friendly and curious work culture - Fair compensation
Cons
- Honestly, it's pretty hard to find Cons of working here if you are a self-starter. If I had to reach, I would say they could work on addressing the workaholic culture, but that comes with the territory of being a small and growing agency. - Direct and honest feedback systems can be improved - Pay transparency

A team that is constantly looking to improve. A culture around being local experts. You don't need to feel like an outcast just because you're new to the industry - everyone at Uproer wants to help you.
Cons
It's a small team, which can be helpful, but sometimes can feel overwhelming
