Good pay, great location. They give you lots of free food.

Cons

Micro manager. Have to write shift notes detailing everything you did on a daily basis and email it to everyone in the company. Completely uncalled for. Lots of finger pointing and back stabbing to make themselves look better. Seemed like every man for himself. They will throw you on third shift by yourself when you just started working there and have no pharma experience. No training. No spare parts. They expect you to be Mcgyver. Place is a total dump, stuff scattered everywhere. No organization. Felt like you were walking on egg shells. I was hired for 2nd shift and guess what, I was immediately placed on 3rd. Guy wants me to come in 6 hours later after I just finished my 8 hr shift. I used to work in a union and after seeing the crap they throw at you in this place I would be happy to go back.
