You have zero stability, the moment they decide they don’t need you, you have to leave the company the very same day. You are treated like an employee, but you have no insurance, no tax aid, no equipment, no holidays, and you are totally disposable: you are not sent to the bench, you are out! no warnings, no notice period, so be prepared.

Pros

They will find you remote work in the US for people living in LATAM. It can be a nice step up but beware specially if you're more on the senior side.

Cons

Stay cautious and don't buy into their "cultural" mumbo jumbo. They can and will get rid of you without any notice as soon as you finish that work stint.

Average Salaries. It is common that your co-workers with same seniority earn less or more than you. It could be a good option for beginners

Cons

No clear opportunities to grow there. Even though you prove yourself as a good player, they just discard you without any notice period. You can simply find better alternatives in any other competitors with more challenging projects. Opportunities to grow are so biased.
