Owner (who was on site twice the entire year I worked there) was arrogant and rude. I received almost no training from the “sales” department, I was thrown into a store front and told to “email questions if any help I needed.” Never did the job I was hired to do. I was never written up, I was never punished for doing anything wrong, besides voicing my frustration at the lack of support I never had an indication that my employment was at jeopardy until the day I was fired.
