Pros

They Take new grads which is beneficial

Cons

Management is awful. Highly do not recommend. Manager is obsessive and if you don’t fit in their mold, they will go after you. They claim to be flexible but they are not at all. They also threaten your license which is extremely degrading.

We do take new grads, as we want good opportunities for employment for those who graduate and want to be psychotherapists, get their full license eventually, and where they can learn with reasonable work-life balance -- something I never had when I entered the field. You're right, if you don't fit our mold, you are probably not a good fit for the company. Our mold is someone with mutual accountability -- we will pay you XYZ salary and benefits -- if you hold up on your end of the bargain. If that deal does not work, then you are absolutely correct we will "go after you", as in we will discuss the issue with you, try to resolve it reasonably, and if we can't make things work, then we have to address that reality. Best of luck out there!

Pros

They bait you with money.

Cons

Doug was a terrible leader that did not care for his employees at all. I do not recommend working with this organization. The staff have rolled over multiple times. Not a good sign at all.

When you say "bait you with money", do you mean that we put a job ad out with the designated salary for the role? I don't understand what else we are supposed to do. We literally say "we will pay you ABC amount of money if you do XYZ job." Is that not how it's supposed to work? I will fix it if we are supposed to do it differently.
