I loved working on the charge entry team. The team was made up of hard-working, collaborative professionals. We meshed together very well & always got the job done.

There wasn't much room for advancement as an entry level coder who wanted to move up into surgical coding.
Ok place to work. Co workers were really nice. Job wasn’t stressful.

Management needs work on being more approachable, learn to create a more “team” atmosphere and give accurate direction to employees vs false advice. Had moments of drama but so long as you stay in your cubicle and do your work less likely to get dragged in. Pay less than average for the area.
