Pros
The salary was not that bad.
Cons
Management is weak and often appears to prioritize personal relationships over competence when appointing senior leaders. Several managers lack the technical expertise needed to effectively support their teams. Performance reviews are inconsistent and are not always conducted in a fair or meaningful way. The company used to be a great place to work, but the culture has changed significantly over the years. The people-first approach that once existed seems to have disappeared. Employees can be terminated with little notice and, in some cases, without clear explanations. There is also a perception that favoritism plays a role in career progression, which negatively affects morale and trust within the organization. Company events sometimes create an unprofessional atmosphere that does not reflect the standards one would expect from a workplace.
