      The First Job I've Really Liked

      Pros

      Work/life balance is good, flexible schedule, great team, lots of growth both as a company and as an individual employee. I really feel like my needs and thoughts are heard at UptimeHealth, the job can get very busy but I can always reach out to my team for support when I feel overwhelmed.

      Cons

      I don't think there's any real downside besides the pains of being a growing startup, if you don't adjust to change well then it could be hard.

      Pros

      The team of individuals we work with and work for all have a very similar motivation and drive. I enjoy talking to each and every person, I enjoy the "team" mentality we all have and when one person needs something everyone immediately jumps in to help.

      Cons

      During my time with Uptime I have not found anything I would categorize as a con.

      No obvious cons, but working here requires you to be organized and self-motivated, because it is a fast-paced development environment and a small team
