Pros

It's a growing company; not too big, not too small. They have around 100 employees so there is room for growth but not overwhelming. You can get to know your co-workers easily and there is great company culture.

Cons

Property Management is a tough business!

Every company has cons but the pros outweigh with this company that it’s not even worth mentioning any cons.

Pros

This is a company that is growing really fast! It is fun to be involved in leadership and that growth. Leadership definitely gives you the tools to build your own team and set your own goals and then assists in accomplishing those when they can.

Cons

As with any company growing so quickly, there are obvious "growing pains". High turnover and trouble retaining employees has been a struggle since I started.
