      Pros

      I've been with the company for under a year and I've had an excellent experience thus far. Owner/company is very generous. They treat their staff well. Interesting/challenging projects. A lot of room for growth. Generally friendly staff.

      Cons

      There are a few old guys working on site that should retire (bitter, jaded, etc.).

      Toxic Work Environment and Poor Management

      Pros

      Good pay but not enough to live in close proximity to the HO and expect to be in office Mon-Fri. + Annual bonuses.

      Cons

      "HR" administration and personnel seemingly focuses more on events than employee relations. Compensation is not tied to performance reviews.

      Pros

      Making it to the end of your shift and getting to leave.

      Cons

      Management treats you like dirt. Tenants treat you like dirt. The cut throat and very high stress work environment drains the life out of you and the monotonous 12 hour rotating shift is torture.
