      Employees are amazing at UAG Competitive pay compared to other CM / GC Flexible vacation / sick time

      Cons

      Annual raises are non-existent unless you're apart of the "boys club" Bonuses are only provided to upper management Project portfolio is shifting primarily towards affordable housing Horrible owners (Upper management will let owners bully project teams and provide no support) Employee turnover (Best employees have been fleeing the last few years)

      Management only appreciates select few *favorite staff*, the rest are overworked and have to fight to get small raises.

      Great culture Good benefits Pay higher then the market median

      Cons

      Twilight zone bonus structure (Only select few receive bonus’s) no incentives to drive a project. Producers dint have enough incentives, dead weight survives and the consequences between the two is roughly 2-3% in a annual raise.
