Pros

Great team environment with supportive management. You genuinely learn a lot about sales, customer service, and store operations. The product is beautiful which makes it easy and enjoyable to sell. Everyone pitches in on everything which keeps the work varied and interesting. Good place to build real retail skills.

Cons

Hours can be inconsistent depending on the season, which is typical for retail part time. Slower periods mean fewer shifts.
