- Talented, friendly and very hardworking staff. - Great clients and projects. - Opportunity to work autonomously and run your own projects. - Admirable vision / business mission. - Work across multiple disciplines and technologies.
Cons
- Narcissistic and manipulative CEO / Owner. - Profit over the welfare of his staff. - No incentives for staff. - Lack of employee diversity. - Technology is dated and not supported. - Lack of effective and efficient systems and processes. - Career growth structure is missing. - Staff churn.

- Some decent learning experiences - Decent work they're producing
Cons
- Lack of empathy from management and higher management if you make one small mistake - Culture and values don't align with providing a supportive environment for everyone (no matter what experience) - Micromanaging were evident if they notice you making one mistake
