Pros

Worked with a few nice people

Cons

This place is a revolving door; no one can stand working here. The CEO complains about money on a daily basis, yells at his employees for his own failings, threatens to shut down the company, and will repeatedly lie right to your face. He has his own timeline for projects which are impossible to hit since he either changes his mind (multiple times a day) or doesn’t communicate those thoughts whatsoever. He will read a post on Google and walk in like he now knows everything about the subject and throw that in his employee’s faces, all the while having a smirk on his face like his workers are all idiots. As you try to explain anything to him, he will drop his head and sigh, throw his head back and stare at the ceiling, and finally look at his phone and get up and leave while you’re still talking. He will literally cry in front of you when he doesn’t get his way. He doesn’t need employees, he needs a babysitter. He doesn’t bother checking the background of new hires, so you never know who will end up sitting next to you. The only reason he is still in business is because his father owns the law firm and the building, where he gets free rent and use of his father’s employees. He would never make it on his own. Speaking of the building, there are cracks everywhere, the elevator breaks down and there are water leaks. Any good reviews on here are fake. They were begged out of former employees by promising things he will never deliver on in exchange for their positive reviews. If you want to work at a place with zero structure and daily unorganized chaos, be micromanaged to death and damage your career path, apply here.

Overall, management is not pleasant to work with

Pros

Because of the high turnover rate, they are always looking for new people and aren't too picky. This might be a good place to learn new skills if you can bare the micromanagement and other problems at this place.

Cons

Limited potential for growth, overbearing management, 'stale air'. High turnover rate. Management never recognizes your accomplishments and employees are frequently reprimanded unfairly.

Pros

I met and worked with some good people.

Cons

The owner is a lawyer, so you can't trust anything he says. There is a revolving door of employees coming and going. The owner will constantly moan about the lack of money the company has. The whole place is very negative. The office space is stuck in the 1970s, drab and uninspiring. The owner, he's just not a very nice person.
