Pros

I was head-hunted into Urban Connect to set up a house-build division and have been given excellent support throughout. That has included off-site and award winning training at Recruitment Entrepreneur's head office in London to an easy to approach Director to excellent and easy to use CRM's that are vital to our work. With an excellent salary package and the best commission scheme I've seen, I'd say the sky really is the limit for your own personal success within the business as the long-term strategy - both for growing your desk and maximising your skillset - genuinely stands out against other construction recruitment firms.

Cons

Any new business has its hiccups, especially one that has short and long-term plans to grow. But that's also an advantage as everyone's input is vital in that vision.
