      Horrible management and lack of direction

      Good professionals that work there

      Cons

      From HR to Management, they never listened to the people who made the company great at one time. They continue down a path and let individuals that have no clue what they are doing, have too much control of the direction the company should go.

      Better than not having a job.

      Cons

      Lack of sense of unity with office - given hardhat sent to the field and have no communications from main office ever. Low/hourly wages - look for inspectors with engineering degree then pay much less than remainder of industry while using your crendentials to profit. Possibility for winter layoff. No use of degree - if interested in becoming a PE do not work as a TCI

      the work hours are reasonable

      Cons

      -low salary, no bonus and no 401k matching -no communication between upper management and everyone else -claim they will advance your career path, but instead they keep you in one place not doing any work- takes too long to go anywhere with your career -company is very Philly-centric, they expect people from other offices to travel to Philly for the Holiday party and only host events there -minimal holidays and PTO
