      Pros

      This was a great place to work, until the son took over and has really tanked the company.

      Cons

      HR is useless, President either comes in late or not at all more often than not, nothing gets done the way they say it will be, all upper management is rude and nasty to suppliers and employees.

      There r no good reasons to work at Urban unless your a Mexican the boss Jeremy is an a.?, and the hr dept or so it’s called has no idea to what is going on Terrible place

      The people on the floor are wonderful. Direct supervisors are fantastic.

      Cons

      Most the front office is worthless. They believe in treating operators like they are 5 years old. No accountablity when an operator makes bad parts.
