Pros

The mission is real, and you feel it every day. The work directly impacts people and families, which makes even the hard days feel worthwhile. As someone in marketing, it’s meaningful to tell stories that are honest, urgent, and grounded in real outcomes, not just theory or aspirations.

Cons

The work can be emotionally heavy at times, and the pace can move fast when urgent needs come up. You have to be comfortable adjusting on the fly. It’s not always easy, but most people here care deeply about the mission, which makes the challenge feel shared rather than isolating.
