      Can't complain, but low growth potential

      Pros

      Very autonomous work environment-planning and budgeting as well. Not too many nights and weekends, only for specific events. Comp time given in exchange.

      Cons

      Not much vertical growth within. Lack of mentor ship style guidance.

      Gives mall industry professionals the resources to learn the industry without micro managing and allowing each mall to develop marketing initiatives specific to their trade area.

      Portfolio comprised of properties owned by different owners. different owners do not all share same values.
