Pros

Location of office - near Union Square

Cons

Completely unresponsive upper management. Staff is ignored when asking for approval on proposals, ideas, budgets, etc. Structure and organization does not exist. Everything one would expect in a professional work environment did not exist - lack of communication, no acknowledgement of deadlines for clients, demanding last minute changes with utter disregard and disrespect for staff work and hours, never ending stressful environment due to a completely narcissistic boss. I knew I had to quit after being there for one week when I witnessed the CEO not responding to staff emails for 5 days, and doing tasks that should have been executed by a junior graphic designer. I have never experienced such a dysfunctional crazy making work place in my life and I've been working in the industry for over 20 years.

Pros

There are no pros here. CEO is cunning and deceptive. Lives in a fantasy world.

Cons

See above. This is has to be one of the worst run companies around and it’s in a losing category.
