      Pros

      - social connections (from Facebook/LinkedIn) help you to meet new, trusted families that have worked with your sitter friends - social connections also help you to meet (and work with) the friends of parents that you've already met through the platform which means that many more job offers! - schedule flexibility - easy to use app! - lots of feature updates that the company has been consistently rolling out to make it easier for both parents AND sitters - their job board includes loads of details that make it easy to apply for positions that are perfect for you - and best of all, SUPER AMAZING FAMILIES!

      Cons

      I've been on the platform since 2011 and the company has really taken to heart sitter feedback to improve the experience for all users. Many of the old bugs, pain points, and previous hiccups have been addressed in recent updates. Huzzah!

      Pros

      I love being able to login and select which jobs I want and when. I have a regular job Mon through Fri so I work as a babysitter on the weekends for extra cash.

      Cons

      All cons have to do with individual families. I would say that the parents do no have a profile and I wish we as sitters were able to view abd rate the parents as they rate us.
