      Uncapped commission, and you can make a ridiculous amount of money if you’re willing to really work for it

      Cons

      For the 6 months you’re on there is almost no balance, but then you’re off for six months so depends on if that’s something you want

      Pros

      You will not be the same person within 6 months of working here. As long as you do your job, follow guidelines and put customers first you will have unstoppable growth.

      Cons

      The company is growing extremely fast which comes with growing pains and mistakes. Sadly these mistakes come at a cost whether it be loosing team members or customers but we don’t make the same mistake twice is the silver lining.
