      Great CEO, tight knight culture, scrappy

      Pros

      Keela Robison was a great CEO. She was smart, led by example and willing to make difficult management decision. Because the company was small, you have exposure to all the senior members of the company

      Cons

      IAC wasn't willing invest in the company so Urbanspoon wasn't positioned to compete with Yelp.
