      Pros

      Close to Hwy 407 Underground parking

      Cons

      If you are one of the employees the company relies on you will be doing much more work than the employees who are slacking. Management is very very petty. I wanted one to be my main reference to get my P.Eng. but once he found out I was leaving the company he decided not to do it! This pettiness is a reflection of some of their actions in general.

      -Diverse community; age, ethnicity, experience level, religion, etc. -Visually appealing and easy to locate office(s).

      Cons

      -Completely unprofessional with both clients and employees -Do not respect confidence information, in regards to any subject matter. -Not much room for growth and low wage/salary for most employees. -Conflict of interest between managers and employees.

      Poor organizational structure. No accountability for commitments made by management. Very little organizational support. Sexist and demeaning language used by leadership team about coworkers behind their backs.
