Pros
You get to work with people from all walks of life, a super diverse and open-minded team, a lot of fun projects, and plenty of room for creativity. The industry that the team gets to work in is pretty cool - medical and aesthetic-related.
Cons
It's a fast-paced environment, but the workload is manageable for sure.

Friendly people, creative freedom and diverse projects. Work / life balance is also appreciated and encouraged.
Cons
The office is in a popular area and the parking situation is limited. However, I believe that is being remedied once we return to the office.
