Pros

Urgenci is a great environment to learn a lot at a fast pace while working alongside some really caring, genuine people. In this type of environment you will be thrown in the fire and forced to figure things out with a lot of autonomy. For some people that is the best way to learn, others not so much (so a pro and a con) . Cannot express how awesome the people that do work there are, and how easy it is to connect and bond with the team even in a remote environment. They will take care of you compensation wise and there is lots of room for internal growth.

Cons

Poor change management with the recent acquisition. The lack of leadership leaves some employees confused on their responsibilities, KPIs, etc. Little to no onboarding/training.

Pros

The freedom to work at home makes the job 10x easier. I'm able to layout my work schedule for the week and if any change is needed to be made last second I'm able to adjust accordingly.
