      I got to work on the beach?

      I worked in HR for a Marriott property owned by the URGOS where management was all related & the corporate office continuously ignored our employees needs, complaints, etc.

      Urgo is a family oriented business that is managed well! They care about the Hotels and employees.

      Cons

      They’re in the process of adding more Hotels in the NY market in the next 12 months and will need to add additional corporate positions to support the growth.
