Pros

I made some good friends in the engineering department that I will keep in touch with. I hope to assist some of them in their job searches to find better opportunities.

Cons

By far one of the worst and most disrespectful work environments I've been a part of. I felt that my work was never valued and that management isn't in it for the long run. They are looking to make a quick buck and talk very badly about their customers. A CMO started about a year ago and is planting favorable comments on Glassdoor - see the "home run in the making" review that reads like a press release. Don't be fooled!

Disappointing overall, but made some great friends

Pros

Colleagues were great to work with - very bright and hard working. We had some very challenging projects that honestly didn't turn out remotely close to perfect, but when the impossible is expected I think we did OK.

Cons

Salaries for programmers are light years below what you can get somewhere else. The CEO has a well-deserved reputation of being overbearing and communication-challenged.

Pros

People working here are highly friendly and ready to help you in any situation. Very fast promotions. Outstanding efforts are always recognized. Work is easy to learn.

Cons

Your ideas are not encouraged by managers. Employee will be micro managed. Work life balance is very poor. Actual goals of the organization is compromised for making fast money. Managers don't much care about customer satisfaction but always try to find some person to point out mistakes. Sometimes you may doubt weather it's a software company or a political party. When employee leaves the organization, management instead of spending time in analyzing why he/she left, they will be spending lots of time in analyzing who might have posted this review. I could see many positive reviews may be for US office but Indian office definitely cannot enjoy those credits.
