CEO has not grown the portfolio. Sr. leadership does not appear to understand the market/customer. Medtronic has entered the market and we are not able to compete at the same ASP.
Token holiday parties and events. Employees are nice.

Executive management doesn't care about people. Despite his false charm, it seems current CEO (Rob Kill) believes all employees are disposable. Everyone is worried about their job and who will be canned next.
Constantly changing policies
Managers are not there to help, they will misrepresent things to meet their own agenda
No justifications of quota's
And no respect for the doctors
Once you do well, they split your territory and give away your accounts
