It can be hard these days to find a company to work for that's well run, ethical, and mission-driven, with a great product or service to sell and a huge market opportunity, staffed by people who you are proud to call your colleagues. At best, you get one or two of these things. Ursa Health delivers on all.
Cons
It's a small company right now. For some, this might be a challenge, while for others it's an opportunity. I can say that the company is growing carefully and intelligently.
