Private healthcare, decent salary, some friendly people
Cons
Toxic work environment, bullying is tolerated with a blind eye turned towards it and allowed to escalate until it is an all-out row between staff. They split your pay into 13 payments and pay you 'double' in December, I can only assume they are investing all this extra money to accrue interest throughout the year, and you will never receive a bonus and the raises annually are poor. They will bully anyone out of the company who isn't the right fit.
