      Pros

      If you enjoy working in a fast paced dynamic environment that promotes a strong company culture of life/work balance, than this is the company for you. With Usaj being a Boutique Real Estate Firm, the company is able to pivot and actively act on employees suggestions to grow aggressively and collectively. Great folks work here and it's amazing working for Jenny Usaj the managing broker/owner.

      Cons

      Parking in LoDo is tough after 10am during the week. There are too many restaurant choices for lunch.

      Pros

      I absolutely love working here. The atmosphere here is vibrant and hard work always goes noticed and appreciated. Usaj flips any negative associations one might have about real estate on its head. The leadership is nothing but genuine, motivated, intelligent and good hearted. It's easy to be committed to such an amazing company. Clients, brokers, and vendors always have positive feedback after working with us so we know that our effort to liven up the status quo of real estate is working!

      Plan ahead if you park in LoDo after mid-morning.
