Where do I start. First, the owner, Austin Hai is completely and fully inept. He has had many industry insiders (like me) brought in to fix his broken system and time after time he fails to believe the numbers and proof put right in front of him and goes on with his money losing system. As stated in the title...he brings people in, learns their system and replaces them with a cheaper alternative to carry on what was started. It always fails and the company and employees suffer.

CEO is incompetent and impatient. Invests heavily at a whim in projects only to abandon them, half completed, a month or two later. Hires top tier contractor firms to attempt said projects - that could be completed more simply at a tenth the price and a tenth the time. Over and over. Then yells at employees over cashflow problems. Gives into employee tantrums so the management staff is not the most talented, but the loudest and most defensive people in the company. There was a stretch of 11 months where ZERO new product was acquired - and the CEO spent the entire time yelling at sales folk over low sales figures. I was laid off because the CEO spent the entirety of my department's budget - including my generous salary - on 3 uncompleted projects. Projects that remain abandoned to this day.
