      - Great culture on the sales team (best I’ve been apart of). Every rep on the team is willing to help and is humble - Smart sales leadership that provides incredibly actionable feedback - ELT is boots on the ground and willing to help close deals - ELT is smart and adapts quickly to changing market conditions - Great product - Great engineering team that constantly rolls out new features

      - GTM tech is a crowded space and there’s a lot of uncertainty in the market right now - minimal sales enablement and training

      -awesome colleagues that are humble, hardworking, and fun to work with -transparent leadership -killer product in a growing market

      -there's constant change so you have to be willing to work through ambiguity -because of the pace of change, there's not much documentation and enablement
