Good snacks & central location. I honestly cannot come up with more pros

Unstructured and ever changing business goals ‘High’ performance culture, which translates into that you as employee get so much to do! Without having the right salary, tools or management for it. Barely no perks as opposed to other companies Canteen has lunch but it is not great Bad culture between employees ‘management’ is rude and covers it by saying they are ‘passionate’

Great opportunity to create a name for yourself through your own merits. The environment is competitive even amongst entry level and associate employees so ambitious, career-minded individuals will thrive and be motivated.

Cons

There is a general understanding from mgmt that regular people don't mind recording them selves talking and giving 3rd party software access to mic and screen. Clearly, that is not the case. This trickles down even to peer departments and problems with scope, budget and timeline turns into back talking about performance. In effect, entry and associate employees see the tasks as a zero-sum game where they can step up by delivering easy projects and get the acknowledgement caused by a general lack of understanding of the difficulty level.
