      Toxic and aggressive culture combined with an absence of any clear requirements and stereotypes

      Pros

      The good point is that they have a good product and already a good flow of inbound leads ready to pay. Therefore, I recommend joining them if you are an IT professional who can easily agree the scope of work and get paid for it

      Cons

      1. Absolutely unclear requirements 2. Absence of any long-term planning, processes and roles and responsibilities 3. Toxic and aggressive culture together with an official statement that "aggression is part of their company values" 4. Lack of attention to any detailed discussion or suggestions 5. Stereotypes of key stakeholders with no any chance to change or argue about it

      Working at UserWay is a very fast paced and this can often be challenging for some. We encourage employees to take on different responsibilities outside their daily tasks, and often outside of their comfort zones. We push employees to create challenging stretch goals and have high expectations of our team members. What UserWay team members work on is seen and used by millions of people around the world, and the responsibility, every day, is significant.
