      Great company with hardworking and kind employees, but plagued with management issues

      Open office space Social team environment - frequent team bonding experiences and company outings Good work-life balance - though you are expected to have your work finished, especially during crunch time

      Cons

      Unclear communication between workforce and managerial staff Lack of focus in vision - product is currently an amalgamation of many different ideas, while being a master of none Employment is at will - while this is a startup standard way of employment, your work status may change without warning

      One day a week, people go out for lunch.

      Cons

      Bad management. Long and unreasonable working hours. They say its flexible but expect you to be in office at certain time. Micro-management. They asked everyone to write good review.

      Young team and good location.

      Cons

      Please Improve the work culture and treat developers as human beings. No transparency and culture is not upto the level. Every time is under pressure. Nothing streamlined. Very cascaded and clumsy from Top to Bottom, management and Technically. Very much incapable technical people sitting in the top level. Nothing new to learn and same old story. “ZERO” Work life balance. They’re literally harassing team members in the of work. Stop harassing employees in the of work.
