Good PTO, medical, dental, vision mostly paid. It's hard to get fired. Some very good people.
Cons
Nowhere to grow. Hire from without for management. Management is predominantly male. Need to be buddies with management to get ahead. Too much red tape. Commissioners have WAY too much power. No pay increase for advanced degree or for speaking multiple languages. No hybrid options unless you know the right people. Constant budget issues.
