Pros
Sure. It is nice to say that you work for a professional sports organization. And yes, there are the random jazz games you can attend for free, but only if the team is doing really bad, which has been the case for the past couple of years.
Cons
There is no room for growth. The people that have been there are never going to leave and only bring in their friends and relatives to take the managerial positions. They preach we hire from within but that's not at all truth. Unfortunately, it's all politics. There are no real training or resources available to progress and everything that goes around the whole Larry H. Miller Organization is so secretive. The people that are the highest get the perks and the actual force of the company doesn't see any changes or raises or perks. They pay below average because everyone thinks of the Jazz as a dream job.
